Tom has over 10 years of experience as an educator and has conducted his work through studios, schools, workshops, clinics, orchestras and more. He teaches all ages and abilities, from beginner to university/ college standard and beyond. A large number of students have studied toward graded exams with Tom and he is pleased to hold a 100% pass rate. Under his tuition, some have gone on to higher education establishments such as the Institute of Contemporary Music Practise and the British and Irish Modern Music Institute.

Currently, Tom provides drum kit and percussion tuition in numerous schools in the London area, as well as holding a thriving private practise. As an experienced workshop provider, he is also proud to be the course coordinator for percussion at M4P summer school.
